Recipe for Chocolate Chia Pudding

This easy breakfast should ideally be prepared the night before, perfect for when you are always in a hurry in the morning!

Ingredients:

150 ml coconut/almond milk

3 (fresh) pitted dates

1 tbsp raw cacao

1 pinch cinnamon

1 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt (coyo)

2 tbsp chia seeds

To serve

Handful of your favourite berries

A few cacao nibs

Some crushed almonds

 

Method: 

Tip: Prepare your breakfast in a take-away jar or pot so you can easily take it with you!

1.Put the milk, dates, coyo, cacao powder, and cinnamon in the blender and whiz until smooth. Put the mixture in your jar/pot/bowl

2.Add the chia seeds. Stir well.

3.Put in the fridge overnight

Enjoy in the morning with a handful of your favorite berries, cacao nibs and crushed almonds on top.
