As you can imagine, I am excited you want to discover what you can do to make the most out of your life whilst living with pelvic pain and, perhaps, even endometriosis.
Your well-being matters and largely determines the quality of your life. Much of the material out there is conflicting and easily confusing. I strongly believe every woman with endometriosis and pelvic pain should not have to do months of research to find out how she can best manage her life; she should be entitled to easy-to- access information!
You have already taken the first step by coming here, I am convinced this site will help you find what you need and reduce the unsettling effects endometriosis and pelvic pain may have on your well-being, such that you may become a healthier, happier, and more energized version of yourself. It is already a real achievement to acknowledge you want to do something to try and make sure you feel at your best as often as possible.
