Ingredients (serves 1):
1 peeled chopped banana
150ml almond milk or coconut milk
100 ml coconut water
2 tbsp porridge oats OR 1 heaped tbsp LSA
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
A few ice cubes
1 tsp of maple syrup or honey for some extra sweetness
Method: Whiz in the blender until smooth and enjoy!
