We all know the importance of staying hydrated; drinking lots of water is essential for your health. Drinking water all day can be somewhat of a challenge, so why not flavor it up a bit with some lemon, and benefit from its major health benefits at the same time?

Lemons are vitamin C rich citrus fruits that are used for culinary and non-culinary purposes throughout the world.
